Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "ToS") define the conditions applicable to purchases made by users (hereinafter "the Buyer") within the FinQuest mobile application, published by Warpen Kft. (hereinafter "the Seller").
Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these ToS.
2. Seller Identification

3. Products and Pricing
3.1. FinQuest Premium Subscription
The Premium subscription provides access to all learning paths and advanced features:
- Monthly Premium: €4.99/month (tax included)
- Annual Premium: €29.99/year (tax included, equivalent to €2.50/month)
3.2. Token Packs
- Starter Pack: €1.99 (tax included)
- Standard Pack: €4.99 (tax included)
- Premium Pack: €9.99 (tax included)
- Ultimate Pack: €14.99 (tax included)
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Purchases are billed at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
As purchases are made through the App Store and Google Play, Apple and Google act as merchants of record and collect applicable VAT (including via the EU OSS scheme).
4. Order Process
Purchases are made exclusively through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google) platforms. Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer's banking information.
5. Subscription and Automatic Renewal
The FinQuest Premium subscription automatically renews as follows:
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
- Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by the platform (Apple/Google). Consumers also benefit from the mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.
- Renewal is billed at the rate in effect at the time of renewal.
5.1. Subscription Cancellation
The Buyer may cancel their subscription at any time, free of charge, from:
- iOS: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > FinQuest > Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > FinQuest > Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Hungary by Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.)), the Buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of contract conclusion.
6.1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
6.2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
If the right of withdrawal applies, the Buyer may exercise it by contacting the Seller by email at [email protected].
7. Tokens — Specific Conditions
- Tokens purchased with real money do not expire.
- Used Tokens are non-refundable.
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts.
- Tokens do not constitute electronic money within the meaning of Directive 2009/110/EC and have no value outside the Application.
- If the Account is deleted, unused Tokens are permanently lost.
8. Legal Guarantees
Under Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and services, the Buyer benefits from a guarantee of conformity. In case of non-conformity, the Buyer may request that the content be brought into conformity, a price reduction, or contract termination, under the conditions of the applicable law and the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
9. Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective refund policies of those platforms. For additional requests, contact us at [email protected].
10. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, third-party actions, or the Buyer's fault.
11. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with purchases is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
12. Dispute Mediation
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU on consumer ADR, if a dispute is not resolved by customer service, the Buyer may refer it free of charge to the territorially competent conciliation board. For the Seller's registered office:

Consumers residing in another EU country may contact the competent ADR body in their country of residence.
13. Governing Law
These ToS are governed by Hungarian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the Buyer's country of habitual residence. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall under the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
